We continue to grow in Dalarna – and now we are looking for a Site Manager who wants to help lead our projects and our people forward.

Your Role

As a Site Manager with us, you are a central part of the production and work closely with the Site Manager to drive the project forward. You create clarity and security in everyday life and are an important link between craftsmen, subcontractors, and project management.

You are responsible for planning and coordinating personnel and subcontractors, and actively work with schedules, material flows, construction documents, and production follow-up. The role also includes administrative tasks such as reconciliations, financial documentation, and handling of change requests.

Together with the Site Manager and others in the project organization, you contribute to order, structure, and a good working climate – where people thrive and results are achieved.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in the construction industry – preferably in the role of Site Manager, Team Leader, or similar
• Is structured, driven, and enjoys juggling multiple tasks
• Has an easy time communicating and building good relationships with employees, clients, and subcontractors
• Feels comfortable with construction-related IT systems and administrative tasks
• Holds a valid driver's license (B)
• Is an unpretentious team player who wants to help build a sound and strong ByggPartner business
